tricky lines

A popular designer Oki Sato, or Nendo, had a compact exhibition in Tokyo. Picture below is a chair with slash lines which is one of the famous icon of his works. I guess this kind of tricky treatment of lines is one of his usual technique. ( related page is here )


This is a glass top table which also has a strong impact of visual effect using only simple lines.


I like this concept of a book shelf which probably could not understand its usage without books placed like this.


And here are another series of side table which glass tops extends in circle as if it was liquid oozing out in the air.
